Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Certification in airline ticketing such as IATA or UFTAA is an added advantage.
Knowledge of airline reservation systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred.
Understanding of fare structures, ticketing rules, and airline policies is preferred.
Strong client handling, communication, and customer service skills are recommended.
Ability to promote travel services, convert inquiries into bookings, and support sales targets is recommended.
