Assist CDP in preparing salads, cold starters, dressings, and sandwiches.Prepare mise-en-place and ensure freshness of cold items.Help create attractive buffet and platter presentations.Follow cold storage and temperature control guidelines.Maintain cleanliness of refrigerators and work areas.Supervise Commis in proper food handling and plating.Monitor stock levels and assist in requisitions.Ensure adherence to HACCP and food safety standards.

Culinary certificate or equivalent.4+ years of experience in cold kitchen/garde manger.Strong presentation, garnishing, and cold-prep skills.
