Assist CDP in day-to-day operations of the hot kitchen section (grill, sauté, sauce, etc.).Prepare ingredients, mise-en-place, and cook dishes to standard recipes.Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.Follow hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).Ensure workstation is clean, organized, and fully stocked.Supervise and guide Commis chefs during food preparation.Support CDP and Sous Chef during busy service periods.Monitor stock levels and report shortages.Handle equipment safely and report maintenance issues.

Culinary certificate/diploma.4+ years of experience in a hot kitchen.Strong knowledge of basic cooking methods.
