Job Summary CNS Group is seeking professional and customer-focused Waiters / Servers for a luxury hotel in Zanzibar. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining exceptional dining standards. The ideal candidates should be attentive, well-presented, and committed to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional food and beverage service in accordance with hotel luxury hospitality and restaurant service standards.Prepare restaurant tables, dining areas, buffet setups, and service stations before operational periods begin.Welcome guests warmly, present menus, explain specials, and provide accurate recommendations on food and beverage selections.Take guest orders accurately and communicate them efficiently to kitchen and bar teams using operational systems and procedures.Serve food and beverages professionally while ensuring proper presentation, timing, and guest satisfaction.Monitor guest dining experiences continuously and respond promptly to additional requests, complaints, or special dietary requirements.Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset efficiently to maintain restaurant cleanliness and operational flow.Coordinate closely with supervisors, bartenders, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service during busy operational periods.Handle billing, payment processing, and guest checks accurately according to hotel financial procedures.Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards within dining and service areas at all times.Support banquet, private dining, outdoor events, and special hospitality functions when required.Maintain professional grooming, communication, and customer service standards consistently. Qualifications & Requirements Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or related field.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in food and beverage service (luxury hotel or restaurant preferred).Proficiency in English communication is required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.Candidates from the National College of Tourism (NCT) and other hospitality colleges or institutes are encouraged to apply.Candidates who are proficient in more than one language (multilingual) will have an added advantage.
