Produce high-quality pastries, breads, desserts, and baked items as per recipes.Create decorative elements for cakes, plated desserts, and buffets.Ensure mise-en-place is ready for service and production.Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.Assist in menu planning and development of new pastry and bakery items.Follow hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.Train and supervise Commis and assistants in the section.Manage stock levels, monitor freshness, and minimize waste.Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of bakery equipment.

Diploma/Certificate in Pastry & Bakery.5 years of pastry/bakery experience.Strong skills in baking, cake decoration, chocolate work, and dessert production.
