Ensure section cleanliness and proper equipment handling. Assist in buffet and banquet dessert preparation. Report stock shortages and maintain ingredient freshness. Coordinate the activities of pastry chefs and bakers Monitor the quality of products to ensure consistency and standards are maintained Ensure adherence to recipes and presentation standards Develop new dessert and pastry recipes for our menu Train and mentor staff on new recipes and techniques Ensure that kitchen safety regulations are followed Manage inventory of baking supplies and equipment Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence Perform administrative tasks such as preparing reports and maintaining records
