Carpenter Technician

Inspect and repair furniture, doors, windows, and wooden fittings daily. Construct custom furniture or structures as required by departments. Perform preventive maintenance checks on all wooden installations. Maintain workshop tools and inventory in safe condition. Respond to guest maintenance requests within 15 minutes. Ensure all carpentry works align with Catalonia’s aesthetic standards. Apply varnish, polish, or paint to maintain appearance and durability. Complete assigned tasks on schedule (target 95% on-time rate). Assist in renovation and special projects as directed. Ensure zero safety incidents by following proper tool-handling practices.
