Job description
Assist in preparing ingredients, sauces, soups, and garnishes. Support senior chefs during service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the section. Follow hygiene and food safety standards. Properly store and label food items. Learn and follow standard recipes. Perform basic cooking under supervision.
Requirements
Certificate in Hotel Management, food production Basic knowledge of cooking methods. 6–12 months of experience preferred.
