Maintenance Technician – Electrical, Refrigeration & HVAC

Electrical Maintenance Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, control panels, and wiring. Inspect circuit breakers, fuses, transformers, and other electrical components to ensure safe operation. Perform routine electrical testing and preventive maintenance. Respond to electrical-related breakdowns and resolve issues promptly. Refrigeration & Cooling Systems Maintain and repair refrigeration units such as cold rooms, chillers, freezers, and commercial fridges. Check refrigerant levels, detect leaks, and ensure proper cooling performance. Perform routine servicing, part replacements, and system upgrades. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to refrigerant handling. HVAC Systems Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including AC units, ventilation systems, heat pumps, and ductwork. Conduct preventive maintenance to optimize performance and extend equipment life. Diagnose and fix problems with motors, fans, compressors, thermostats, and controls. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. General Facility Maintenance Assist with plumbing, mechanical, and minor carpentry tasks when required. Perform regular inspections of building systems, equipment rooms, and technical areas. Support routine and emergency maintenance tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
