SPA Operations Management Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless, high-quality, and relaxing experience for all guests. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety regulations within the spa. Manage inventory of professional products and retail items, ensuring appropriate stock levels and conducting accurate stock control. Team Leadership & Development Hire, train, schedule, motivate, and manage a team of therapists, estheticians, and support staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and counseling to maintain high standards and accountability. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Business & Financial Management Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and maximize financial opportunities. Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance. Participate in and promote marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain clientele. Guest Experience & Service Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction by establishing and maintaining standards of spa etiquette and service. Monitor and address customer feedback and resolve any service issues efficiently. Maintain current knowledge of all spa services, pricing, and offerings. Leadership and Communication Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team, coupled with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Business Acumen: Understanding of business objectives, financial management, retail sales, and marketing strategies. Customer Focus: A passion for wellness, exceptional customer service, and the ability to anticipate and address guests' needs. Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, manage scheduling, and handle administrative duties effectively. Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, products, and holistic practices. Daily Operation responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the spa, including staff management and customer service Develop and implement policies and procedures for the spa to ensure smooth functioning Ensure the spa is clean, organized and in compliance with health and safety regulations Collaborate with other departments in the hotel to promote spa services and packages Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to increase profits and manage costs Train and motivate spa staff to provide excellent customer service and increase productivity Develop marketing plans to promote spa services to new and existing customers Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

A College Degree in Hospitality, Wellness, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 7 years proven experience in spa supervision, management, or a similar role (often 3-5 years). Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Leadership and Communication skills Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team, coupled with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
