Administration Coordinator

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice preparation, payment processing, and collection follow-ups. Maintain accurate financial records, journals, and ledgers. Prepare financial reports, summaries, and reconciliations for management review. Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end closing activities. Monitor and reconcile bank statements and petty cash accounts. Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and statutory requirements. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on financial matters. Assist in audits by providing required documentation and explanations. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation for reporting and record-keeping purposes
