Job description

Organize and schedule daily animation activities for adults and kids. Supervise animators and ensure programs run on time and according to standards. Create fun, energetic, and innovative activity ideas – sports competitions, dance classes, fitness sessions, kids activities, and cultural experiences. Host and animate activities ensuring guest participation and enjoyment. Conduct rehearsals for dance shows, comedy skits, and evening entertainment. Coordinate with technical teams for music, lighting, and sound. Ensure safety and cleanliness of activity areas including poolside, beach, and kids club. Manage activity materials, sports equipment, and costumes. Promote daily programs through guest interaction, boards, and announcements. Collect guest data and report on participation levels.

Requirements

Experience in Entertainment, Recreation, Sports, or Hospitality. Strong background on hotel animator/activities host. Excellent fitness, energy, and stage presence. Multilingual ability is an advantage. Strong organizational and team coordination sk
