Job description

Assist the Bar Manager in supervising daily bar operations. Support training, coaching, and motivating bartenders and service staff. Ensure consistent beverage quality, presentation, and service standards. Assist with stock control, inventory management, and ordering. Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene standards. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally. Support creation of seasonal cocktails and bar promotions. Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and POS procedures. Uphold responsible service of alcohol and all safety standards.

Requirements

Diploma in Hospitality or Beverage Management is an advantage. 7+ years of bar experience, with supervisory exposure. Strong beverage knowledge and mixology skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service abilities. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
