Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Assist in managing daily F&B operations across all outlets and functions. Supervise and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest service. Support implementation of SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards. Monitor inventory, stock control, and requisitions. Assist with budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization. Handle guest complaints and ensure service recovery when needed. Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and service teams for smooth operations. Support training and development programs for F&B staff. Assist in planning and executing promotions, events, and special functions. Prepare operational and performance reports for management review.
