Job description

Manage daily bar operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction. Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and bar staff. Develop innovative cocktails, seasonal menus, and promotions. Maintain stock control, inventory accuracy, and cost management. Ensure proper storage, handling, and preparation of beverages. Uphold hygiene, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards. Monitor service consistency, bar cleanliness, and presentation. Handle guest concerns and VIP service with professionalism. Drive bar revenue through creative upselling strategies and promotions.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or Beverage Management is an advantage. 8+ years of bar or beverage service experience or managerial roles. Strong mixology knowledge and creative cocktail development skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Proven ability to deliver excellent guest experiences and grow revenue.
