Customer Experience & Engagement Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries, reviews, and feedback. Monitor guest satisfaction across digital platforms and relay insights to management. Ensure a seamless online booking experience across all channels. Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze website and performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and booking trends. Prepare monthly e-commerce reports highlighting key insights, opportunities, and challenges. Benchmark competitor digital performance to identify best practices and opportunities.
