Entertainment Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate entertainment team members, performers, and activity hosts. Assist in planning daily, weekly, and monthly entertainment programs. Lead guest activities including games, sports, kids club programs, evening shows, and themed events. Ensure high energy, professionalism, and guest engagement at all times. Conduct rehearsals and support performers to maintain quality and timing of shows Monitor safety during all activities and ensure compliance with hotel safety standards. Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly. Prepare shift schedules, attendance records, and performance reports. Assist in organizing special events, cultural nights, live performances, and holiday celebrations. Maintain equipment, sound systems, costumes, and entertainment materials. Train new team members in guest interaction, activity hosting, and performance standards.
