Steward Supervisor

Supervise daily activities of stewards to ensure cleaning standards are met. Conduct spot checks on dishwashing areas, garbage rooms, and kitchen floors. Guide and train stewards on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices. Assist with daily breakage control and maintain accurate records. Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, sanitized, and stored properly. Report maintenance issues to the Chief Steward or Engineering department. Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal processes. Coordinate with chefs to ensure utensils and equipment are available on time. Assist in preparing cleaning schedules and duty rosters. Monitor chemical usage and ensure correct dilution procedures. Lead deep cleaning whenever required.
