Job description

Assist in preparing schedules, rosters, and staff allocations for F&B operations. Monitor inventory, place orders, and track stock levels. Maintain accurate records of sales, costs, and consumption. Coordinate between kitchen, outlets, and banquets for service planning. Prepare reports on F&B performance, revenue, and operational efficiency. Support budgeting, purchasing, and cost control processes. Maintain documentation for compliance, hygiene, and safety standards. Assist in organizing F&B events, promotions, and guest experiences. Serve as liaison between F&B team and management for smooth communication. Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational standards

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in F&B operations or administration. Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills. Proficient in MS Office and POS or inventory systems. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
