Maintain lawns, trees, and shrubs ensuring a clean and appealing environment. Implement water conservation and recycling practices per Catalonia Green Policy. Use eco-friendly fertilizers and pest control methods only. Prune, plant, and fertilize according to seasonal landscaping plans. Inspect irrigation systems weekly for leaks or blockages. Keep pathways, signage, and landscape areas free from debris. Assist in maintaining biodiversity by protecting native species. Achieve ≥95% upkeep quality score in monthly inspections. Operate gardening tools safely and maintain them regularly. Support environmental awareness and sustainability initiatives across departments.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in resort or estate landscaping. Knowledge of tropical plants and soil management. Commitment to sustainability. Physical fitness and attention to aesthetics.
