Job description
Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly. Assist staff with IT-related problems and provide technical support. Perform system backups and ensure data integrity. Install, configure, and update software and hardware as required. Maintain accurate logs of IT issues and resolutions. Report recurring issues to the IT Manager for further action.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field. 1–3 years of IT support or operational experience. Good understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
