Job description
Assist in preparing simple drinks, mocktails, and garnishes. Support bartenders with bar setup, cleaning, and restocking. Collect glassware, polish equipment, and maintain cleanliness. Provide basic guest service and take simple beverage orders. Follow safety, hygiene, and responsible service guidelines. Learn cocktail recipes, product knowledge, and service standards. Inform senior staff of any guest feedback or issues.
Requirements
Basic education; Certificate in hospitality Management or Food and Beverage service or Bar management training 0 to 3 months school experience Willingness to learn and grow within the bar team. Good communication and teamwork skills.
