Kids Club Supervisor

Lead and supervise Kids Club attendants and ensure smooth daily operations. Design and implement creative, age-appropriate activity programs for children (arts & crafts, games, educational activities, storytelling, themed events). Ensure strict safety, health, and hygiene standards within the Kids Club area. Maintain accurate check-in/check-out procedures and ensure proper child supervision at all times. Train team members on child care, safety protocols, emergency procedures, and guest service. Communicate with parents regarding programs, child needs, and safety guidelines. Organize special events such as birthday parties, kids’ competitions, movie nights, and holiday-themed activities. Maintain inventory of toys, games, educational materials, and equipment. Conduct daily briefings, scheduling, and performance follow-ups with Kids Club staff. Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure the facility is clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
