People and Culture Coordinator

Key responsibilities:Support the execution of initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfactionAssist in the coordination and administration of recruitment processes, including onboarding and induction programsMaintain personnel records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all timesCoordinate employee training and development programs, aiding in skill enhancement and career progressionProvide day-to-day HR support and guidance to staff and management as the first point of contact for HR inquiriesAssist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to support organisational objectivesOrganise internal events and activities that promote team cohesion and cultural awareness

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.2–3 years of experience in HR support or coordination roleBasic understanding of HR policies and procedures.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Confidentiality and integrity.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.Teamwork and customer service orientation.
