Room Service Attendant

Deliver room service orders promptly and in a courteous manner. Set up trolleys/trays neatly and according to hotel standards. Present bills, handle payments, and ensure accurate posting through POS. Collect used trays/trolleys from guest floors and maintain cleanliness. Assist guests with menu questions and make appropriate recommendations. Ensure all in-room dining equipment, cutlery, and tableware are clean and polished. Follow hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards consistently. Replenish condiments, amenities, and supplies as required. Coordinate with kitchen and F&B team to ensure timely service. Handle guest complaints politely and inform supervisors when needed.
