Sales and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:Develop and implement and lead the sales and marketing strategy: create and execute plans to achieve hotel revenue and occupancy targets.Plan and direct promotional campaignsManage and lead sales teams: Manage, motivate and supervise sales staff, including revenue management, MICE sales, and reservations.Analyze the market and competition: Research outbound market trends, identify business opportunities, and analyze competitor behavior.Manage key client relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate accounts and other key clients.Coordinate with other departments: Ensure brand consistency and quality customer service across all hotel departments.Oversee online presence: Manage online channels to maximize visibility and bookings.Participate in events and trade shows: Represent the hotel at promotional events and industry trade shows.Prepare reports and budgets: Prepare sales reports, analyze results, and manage budgets for the sales department.Skills neededStrategic planning and executionStrong leadership and team managementExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in market research and analysisAbility to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategiesStrong understanding of customer behavior and market trendsProficiency in digital marketing and social media platformsStrong financial acumen and budget management skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersResults-driven and ability to meet sales targets

Previous experience of 7 years in an identical or similar position linked to commercial activity and management of commercial teams.High level of English. Knowledge of other languages such as German, Italian, French or Spanish would be an asset.
