Store Supervisor

Supervise daily store operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Assist in managing, training, and motivating store staff to maintain high performance and service standards. Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and coordinate stock replenishment. Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of all store items. Support the implementation of store policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Handle minor customer complaints or escalate issues to the Store Manager. Assist with preparation of reports on stock movement, usage, and discrepancies. Support the Store Manager in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the store. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant statutory regulations.
