Job description

Supervise bartenders and bar attendants during shifts. Ensure all beverages are prepared according to recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the bar area. Oversee stock rotation, ordering, and inventory control. Train team members on mixology, product knowledge, upselling, and service etiquette. Handle guest complaints and ensure timely service recovery. Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and POS operations. Support the creation of cocktail menus and seasonal promotions. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service. Coordinate with F&B management for operational improvements.

Requirements

Diploma in Hospitality Management or Food and Beverage Service or Bar Management Certification 6+ years of experience in Bar Operation or F&B service, including supervisory roles. Strong supervisory skills especially managing Food and Beverage service or Bar Operation Ability to multitask and manage fast-paced operations
