Job description

Supervise waiters, hostesses, and service staff during operations. Ensure smooth service flow, table arrangements, and station readiness. Train staff on service standards, menu knowledge, upselling, and customer service. Handle guest complaints, special requests, and VIP tables professionally. Monitor cleaning, hygiene, and upkeep of dining and service areas. Oversee reservation systems and seating plans. Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and POS operations. Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and management for seamless service. Conduct shift briefings, assign duties, and manage scheduling. Support the implementation of promotions and special events.

Requirements

Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management or Food and Beverage service 6+ years of experience in Food and Beverage service, including supervisory roles. Strong supervisory skills especially managing Food and Beverage service or Room service Ability to multitask and manage fast-paced operations
