SPA Supervisor

Supervise daily spa operations to ensure smooth workflow. Welcome guests and ensure they receive professional, personalized service. Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests efficiently. Monitor treatment rooms, relaxation areas, changing rooms, and facilities to maintain standards. Schedule spa staff, manage attendance, and assign daily duties. Train new therapists and receptionists on service standards and procedures. Conduct performance evaluations and coach team to improve service quality. Promote spa treatments, membership packages, and retail products. Track daily sales, upselling performance, and support revenue targets. Assist with inventory management and monthly stock-taking. Ensure all spa operations comply with safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Report maintenance issues and follow up for timely action.
